My exhibit, Shop Until You Drop, is centered around a simulated pharmacy environment, where the consumer gets to window shop for medications intended for better sleep. Instead of shopping for a chemical or medical solution, the consumer is shopping for alternative ways to get better sleep. A combined effort of maintaining a balanced diet, limiting media consumption, and following a regular sleep schedule are key factors to getting better sleep.  My exhibit shares positive habits, activities, and choices you may make throughout your day-to-day life that affect your quality of sleep. For example, limit caffeine intake 6-7 hours before bed. My exhibit has features like prescription bags and coupons, to replicate the experience of going to a pharmacy.

Over a duration of 50 days throughout the semester, I collected and utilized my personal data. During this period, I diligently logged my feelings of restfulness, motivation, and emotional regulation based on three key practices. Firstly, I maintained balanced meals through meal prepping. Secondly, I adhered to a consistent sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. Lastly, I implemented a routine of turning off my phone at least 30 minutes before bedtime. The practices were instrumental in monitoring and enhancing my overall well-being throughout the specified timeframe.
