I have to be honest, the first day of class I was already overwhelmed by the amount of information we received since I have no experience in coding. I noticed that I have had the tendency to stay away from coding, but this is it! It is time for me to get out of my comfort zone and discover this new land of technology.

Something I have learned today:

CMS: It stands for content management system, which means a system used to manage the content for a website. From some research, there are two elements in CMS. One is called CMA, which allows the author who may not be experienced in HTML to be able to create and publish information without a website manager. Another element is called CDA, which follows the mandatory information to be properly updated to the website.

I also learned how to add a new page, and simply dragging the title can change the menu structure easily. Overall, I am excited to learn more and can’t wait to dive into coding on Wednesday!
