Story Structure

According to Carolyn Handler Miller, author of Digital Storytelling, “In any type of narrative, in order to form a structure, you must work with both your smallest and largest building blocks. In interactive narratives, your smallest building bloacks are your decision or action points-the places where the user can make a choice or perform an action.”

When deciding the structure of my narrative adventure I had to really think about my audience. The Gruffalo is a story written for kids between the ages of 5 and 9.
